The Gathering Room Appointment Policy: At The Gathering Room, we value the trust you place in us to care for your hair and overall experience. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and our goal is to provide every guest with the highest level of attention and service. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment cancellation policy below: Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice.     •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.     •    No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits: Certain services may require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time and will be deducted from fees. Late Arrivals: We understand that life can get busy. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. This policy ensures we remain on time for all guests. Repeated late arrivals, may require prepayment for future bookings. Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via text and email. You will receive a reminder 1 week, 48 hours, and 24 hours in advance. Please confirm promptly so we can continue to hold your reserved time. Emergencies: We know that emergencies happen. If you must cancel unexpectedly, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
